Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern any transactions between Natas Arts, further referred to as we, us or the maker and any clients or customers of this business, further referred to as you or the client.
Anything agreed upon by both us and you in writing is considered a binding contract. We store copies of all emails, instant messengers, and other means of communication between us and you.WarrantyPrice quotes are subject to change at any given time. However, once an agreement is made and a downpayment is received, the quoted price will stay the same. While commissions are based on first come first served criteria, we hold the right to refuse service to anyone.
All work has a warranty of 30 days after the item(s) arrive, please notify us immediately of any issues you might find. Any unauthorized alterations not cleared by us automatically will void the warranty. The warranty covers defects in construction and materials. Wear and tear or damages due to improper handling are not covered.Changes to Commissioned ItemsPlease note that changes to pillow items can't be made during/after the process. Changes to the general shape of the pillow are not possible. All reference material is followed as closely as possible.
The fabric has natural limitations. Once reference material is provided and the commission is reserved the intended design or subject can't be changed.Cancellation and InactivityShould you choose to cancel your commission, please notify the maker immediately.
If a commission is canceled the maker will retain ownership of any items produced and reserves the right to alter and/or re-sell said items.Should you lose access to the account over which we have been communicating primarily, please use any of the contact methods listed above to immediately notify us to resolve the situation, or else your commissions might be canceled.
Email: natasarts [at] outlook [dot] comIf we fail to get a response from you for 20 days, the commission will be canceled due to inactivity.PaymentsThe deposit of your commission will go towards buying materials, once this is done, the deposit won't be refunded should your commission be canceled for any reason.The maker requires a 50% deposit on commissions above $100, anything at, or below is due upfront. This deposit is non-refundable should you choose to cancel the commission.The deposit on any commission is due once your commission slot in line is next up to be worked on.AgeWe will only work with clients 18 years and older. Proof of age might be requested, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.ShippingAny costs for shipping are not included in the base price of the commission. These costs will be charged extra once any items are ready to be sent to you. Parcels can be insured by the carrier if you wish to do so, carrying any extra costs which might occur. We are not responsible or liable for any damages which occur during transit or unpacking. We can also not refund any items lost in shipping.By commissioning Natas Arts you agree to these terms of services.
